These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all products and services operated by UAV Operations Systems, LLC ("AYNA," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to: uavopsys.com, ayna.com, skyrelay.us, uavcrew.ai, aynasite.com, and all associated subdomains, applications, and services we operate (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms.
AYNA is a drone operations management platform with AI agents that help Part 107 pilots manage compliance, maintenance, scheduling, records, revenue, and flight operations.
AYNA is an operational tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. AI agents organize information, surface recommendations, and track compliance requirements, but the pilot-in-command is always responsible for all flight decisions, regulatory compliance, and safety determinations. AYNA does not provide legal, regulatory, or aviation safety advice.
The Services include AI-powered crew agents (including but not limited to CONCORD, TUCKER, MERIDIAN, ARPA, REN, and STERLING) that generate recommendations based on the data available to them. These recommendations are informational only, may contain errors, and do not constitute professional, legal, regulatory, or aviation safety advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any AI-generated recommendation. AI agents do not make decisions for you — they present information for your review.
Notification and reminder features — including but not limited to certification expiration alerts, maintenance due dates, compliance flags, and scheduling reminders — are provided as a convenience only. You acknowledge that these features do not relieve you of your independent obligation to monitor and maintain current certifications, registrations, and compliance with all applicable regulations. We do not guarantee the delivery, accuracy, or timeliness of any notification.
Compliance assessments, readiness checks, and AI recommendations are based on information you provide and publicly available data. AYNA does not independently verify user-supplied data. A passing compliance status, a "no issues detected" result, or any similar indication does not constitute certification, legal advice, or a guarantee that you are in full compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
The Services may reference FAA regulations, airspace data, NOTAM information, and other regulatory requirements. This information reflects regulations as understood at the time of last update. Regulatory requirements may change without notice. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of regulatory information and are not responsible for changes in law or regulation that render compliance assessments, checklists, or other platform features outdated. You are responsible for independently verifying current regulatory requirements.
AYNA uses third-party AI platforms to power its crew agents. We commit to the following:
AYNA offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests. We aim to be fair — if you're unhappy in your first 30 days, let us know.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into AYNA, including but not limited to: flight logs, maintenance records, client information, certifications, storefront content, and all other operational data. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the AYNA platform to you. This license ends when you delete your account.
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify data generated through your use of the platform. Once data has been de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify you or any individual, it is no longer considered your personal data. We may use such aggregated data without restriction for purposes including but not limited to: platform improvement, feature development, safety research, operational analytics, and industry insights.
Content you publish on your storefront (service descriptions, portfolio, certifications) is publicly visible. You are responsible for ensuring your storefront content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
You agree not to:
The Drone Builder tool at build.ayna.com is provided free of charge. Build specifications and performance calculations are based on publicly available data (including UIUC propulsion databases) and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for validating all build specifications before construction or flight.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AYNA AND UAV OPERATIONS SYSTEMS, LLC, INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
AYNA is an operational management tool. Under 14 CFR 107.19, the remote pilot-in-command is directly responsible for and is the final authority as to the operation of the small unmanned aircraft system. No software, AI agent, compliance check, or notification provided by the Services can transfer, reduce, or assume this responsibility. You acknowledge and agree that the pilot-in-command bears full responsibility for all flight operations, go/no-go decisions, regulatory compliance, and safety determinations.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT:
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Services. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, system failures, third-party service outages, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events (including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control), or other circumstances. You acknowledge that the Services may be unavailable at critical times, including before or during flight operations, and that you must maintain independent processes for compliance, pre-flight checks, and operational readiness that do not depend on the availability of the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UAV Operations Systems, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in New Hampshire.
